Ops will tag your account wholesale-pending. After review, Dennis retags to wholesale (and removes conflicting retail / member if present). Pending applicants do not receive the discount.
Shipping & Returns
Refund Policy
- 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Process: Contact Info@cigarmafia.com to start a return; items sent without a request will not be accepted.
- Damages: Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged.
- Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.
- Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping Policy
- Custom Shipping: Shipping rates and methods are calculated individually based on the specific product and destination.
- Age Requirement: As per federal law, all tobacco shipments require an adult signature and age verification (21+) upon delivery.
