Shipping policy

We ship like the family does business: clear rules, no surprises.

Cigars & tobacco. Adult signature (21+) is required on tobacco shipments. Have photo ID ready. We do not ship tobacco where it is not allowed.

Accessories. Cutters, humidors, lighters, and similar gear may ship from a separate warehouse. You can get more than one tracking number on the same order — that is normal.

House gear & apparel. Cigar Mafia merch ships on its own timeline from our house fulfillment.

Event tickets. Family Dinner and other tickets are digital. Your confirmation email is your pass — nothing ships in a box.

Timing. Processing usually starts within a few business days after payment clears. Carrier delays are outside our control; we send tracking as soon as it exists.
