Shipping policy

We ship like the family does business: clear rules, no surprises.

Cigars & tobacco. Adult signature (21+) is required on tobacco shipments. Have photo ID ready. We do not ship tobacco where it is not allowed.

Accessories. Cutters, humidors, lighters, and similar gear may ship separately. You can get more than one tracking number on the same order — that is normal.

House gear & apparel. Cigar Mafia merch ships on its own timeline.

Event tickets. Family Dinner and other tickets are digital. Your confirmation email is your pass — nothing ships in a box.

Timing. Processing usually starts within a few business days after payment clears. Carrier delays are outside our control; we send tracking as soon as it exists.
