Refund Policy

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Eligibility: Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
• Process: Contact Info@cigarmafia.com to start a return; items sent without a request will not be accepted.
• Damages: Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged.
• Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.
• Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
