Your ticket: After checkout you get a Cigar Mafia door pass by email (PDF) plus this confirmation. Bring the pass or email and a photo ID.

Part of Bills vs. Raiders weekend (Oct 16–18), with additional Naked City Pizza / Office Bar events. Valid government ID required. Non-refundable unless the event is canceled.

- 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Process: Contact Info@cigarmafia.com to start a return; items sent without a request will not be accepted.
- Damages: Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged.
- Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.
- Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
